A story titled The Fate of Aaron T. Morton was added under the Stories and Memories section of the site. This story details the suicide of Mr. Morton, a casualty of the Battle Axes of the Lord cult, of which a few Stubblebines were members of in Chester County in the 1840's.
Additional history on the Battle Axes of the Lord was added to this site.
The story of Mr. Stubblebine's Horse was modified to include a photo of the writer's mother, and include a copy of the business card of Mr. Everett Stubblebine of Spring City. This is a warm story about a random stranger's interaction with a Mr. Everett Stubblebine in Spring City.&nsbp; A girl relates her story almost 70 years later of her fond memory of riding Mr. Stubblebine's horse, a most prized animal. This story was written and constributed, along with photos, by her son, Douglas P. Humes. Much appreciation to Mr. Humes for his contribution.
Note: I still have several branches of the family tree that I have yet to enter, as well as updates that have been sent to me that are not yet reflected in this tree.
I also have received additional data from old letters and papers, and I plan to provide more scanned images and letters from the original Battle-Axe trials, as well as detailed information on Stubblebine ancestors who participated in the War of 1812. Remember...If you have not done so, please review these reports, make corrections and additions, and send them back to me. And please send me family photos! Memorialize your family forever on this electronic legacy!

A lengthy speech on Remote Viewing (defined as a set of protocols designed to tap into the collective unconscious or the "matrix" to obtain information about people, events, and actions of the past, present, and future, with no relation to space, time, or geography) has been added to this site. The CIA was researching this technique as a method of military advantage, and Major General Albert Stubblebine III was one of the officials working on this project. His full presentation is included here. This took place at the International Symposium on UFO Research Sponsored by the International Association for New Science, Denver, Colorado, May 22-25, 1992. It has been added to the News Clippings section of this site.

A fairly comprensive microsoft word document was sent to me by Lee Stufflebeam on 07/20/03, providing a descriptive outline of the early Stubblebine/Stofflebeam/Stoppelbein ancestors in Colonial New York. This document has not yet been classified on this on the site or included the descendant listing reports, but this report, Stoppelbeen family groups in Colonial New York is being provided online for your review. These ancestors were the orginal decendants to make the journey to America.
It was sent with the the accompanying email note:
"I ran across you site by accident. I'm sure that you are correct in assuming that the name Stubblebine derived from Stoppelbein. However, I think you're missing a couple of generations in determining the father of your Sebastian. Jacob of the St. Mark joined the other Stoppelbein's in New York after his
arrival. I am attaching in a Word File Format a study I did 30 years ago of the
Stoppelbein families in Colonial New York. I use leestufflebeam@netscape.net for my e-mail. I only use this address when I want to add an attachment.
Lee"
Much appreciation to Lee Stufflebeam for his invaluable contribution.

A photo of Henry and Amanda Stubblebine was added to the Photos section of this site. Henry and Amanda Stubblebine - (picture circa 1905) - Henry was the son of George Stubblebine(GEORGE(4), JACOB(3), SEBASTIAN STOPHELBINE(2), JACOB(1)1 STOPPELBEIN) was born January 10, 1848 in Pennsylvania, and died 1922. He married AMANDA SCHMEHL. She was born October 06, 1856 in Pennsylvania, and died 1917. Henry was a park security guard in a small amusement park in Reading in the latter part of his life. The full picture of Henry that depicts him sitting on a park bench in his security uniform is also provided. Henry would be my great great grandfather. The History of the Name was added to this site. This page contains both fact and speculation regarding the history and meaning of the name, and elaborates on some of the challenges in researching a name that is misspelled and has changed and evolved throughout history.
The Descendant Report, Cascading Outline, and the Descendant Listing reports reflect new data as a result of changes, additions, and corrections. They had been previously changed in October, 2002. Additional research has uncovered significant links to the Stubblebines in MA, as well as siblings and descendants, known as the "Stufflebeams", who descended from Valintin Stoppelbein, one of the original brothers who came to the United States in 1741. As part of a larger family tree, I can now trace Stubblebine (and associated spellings) back to Laubenheim, Germany, around the period of the early 1600's.
The home page was changed to reflect the additions of a few general items.
