This page is the "posting board" for any new items I add to the site. I keep a chronological log of what has been added, as well as the date. Always check here first to find out what's new or updated!

There are two sections of this page:
- Changes Log: contains description of changes to existing information and postings of new information to this site.
- Upcoming Information: contains descriptions of information obtained regarding Stubblebines, but not yet posted to this site.
January 18, 1997
- Added Ron Davis to the mailing list -- "I visited your site on Friday 16 January 1998 and found it to be
extremly interesting. My mother was Alveretta Stubblebine Davis and her father was John Hiram
Stubblebine and he was born possibly in Reading, Pa., -exerpt of e-mail from Ron Davis, requesting his name be added to the list
December 14, 1997
- Added a fascinating collection of Obituaries, Marriages, and Other newspaper clippings from 1853 to present, obtained by the Historical Society of Chester County. Some of these obituaries are
quite detailed and tell some interesting stories about our old anscestors. These obituaries have filled in alot of missing pieces on the geneology listing; this will be posted shortly as well. The clippings are located in the Photos, News Clips, and Trinkets section.
- Added a photo of Shenkel's Church; the graveyard depicted is where numerous Stubblebines have been laid to rest. This church is also mentioned in the Battle Axe Article as well. This photo is located in the Photos, News Clips, and Trinkets section.
November 30, 1997
- Added a photo of the Stubblebine Clan from the Ohio/KC area provided to me from Mary Stubblebine Hull; this photo is located in the Photo, News Clips, and Trinkets section.
November 24, 1997
- Added a small list of Chester County deaths obtained from the internet from the "Record of Deaths for Chester County." This information is located located in the Photos, News Clips, and Trinkets section.
- Added a searchable link to Amazon.com, the nation's largest internet bookseller; there have been several books published and are currently on the market by Stubblebines. This link
is located in the Photos, news clips, and Trinkets section.
- Added several new entries to the online e-mail listing.
- Added an additional photo of General Albert Stubblebine found at a UFO magazine site on the web. This picture can be viewed in the
Photos, News clips, and Trinkets section, under the General Albert N Stubblebine III.
October 17, 1997
- Added the online E-mail mailing list. This is a list of all of people interested in recieving an e-mail update from this site. This update occurs approximately once per month or when a major update occurs. Members can add, modify or delete thier name from this list. Located in the "E-mail Mail List" section
- Added an exerpt from History of Chester County, Pennsylvania regarding the forming of a Masonic Lodge in 1849 with David Stubblebine as a co-founder. Located in the "Photos, News Clips, and Trinkets" section.
October 6, 1997
- Updated Genealogy Listing and Reports from the online forms filled out and sent to me by Mary Margeret Hull Stubblebine
- Provided the entire article regarding the Battle Axes "From Farm Community to haven for free Sexual affairs", Sunday Local News, West Chester, PA, March 29, 1987, written by Elizabeth Humphrey. This article can be viewed in the Photos, News Clips, and Trinkets area. (You can get to this section by returning to the main page by clicking back on your browser).
- Provided information on a very popular and often-referenced legal proceeding, Stubblebine vs. Stubblebine regarding When setting spousal support, a divorce court may impute income to a retired man at the salary he could earn if he were employed. Va. Ct. App., VLW 096-7-121. This is located in the Photos, News Clips, and Trinkets area.

- Updated the Geneology Report to contain information from an article from the Daily Local News, March 29, 1987 article about the Battle Axes.
- Updated the Geneology Listing to reflect additional birthdates, cousins and death dates for my direct cousins. Information was provided by my parents, John F. and Elizabeth (Liberato) Stubblebine
- Created this "Updates from the Site Curator" section for easy tracking of new and updated information.

12/14/97 - I've got a rather interesting article about Shenkel's church I will post shortly.

11/24/97 - Several members of the family have sent me corrections and updates. I will make these changes soon. I'm working on also adding info into the Genealogy page to include all of the new obituary stuff I've just received.
- 10/06/97 - I've started working on the programming so that you will be able to add, change or update information by filling out an online form; this wil make it easier for people to submit info without having to download the form from the forms area. Please continue to fill out the forms until this process is created.
- 9/01/97 - I was informed by Raymond Stubblebine III that his mother, Catherine Tuttle Stubblebine (who is in her mid-eighties), has in her possession a "Family Bible" which contains a plethora of information about the Stubblebine family. He will be in contact with me after he talks with his mother about getting copies of this information for this site.
- 9/01/97 - I have obtained some poetry written about Love and his Mother by Robert Edmund Stubblebine (my grandfather). I will post this information shortly.
- 08/31/97 - I have a list of about 115 Stubblebines with thier full names, address listings, and phone numbers. This information was obtained from www.yahoo.com, in the white page phone listing, which is available to the general public. I also have a list of approximately 20 e-mail addresses that where also obtained in this fashion. I will post this information shortly.
- 08/31/97 - I have recieved e-mail confirmation that Sandra Stubblebine Coors of Florida is going to document information about her branch of the family for posting on the site.
- 08/27/97 - I have a Social Security Death Index listing from 1920 to Present listing approximately 150 or so Stubblebines with thier birth and Death dates. I will post this information shortly.
